About the event

We are a seeking strong, qualified, multi-talented project manager who is adept at juggling many complicated projects at once. This is not the job for a person who takes one complicated project from conception to completion. This is a job for the person who is gifted at managing 30+ projects from conception to completion. Our ideal candidate has a degree in an appropriate field (engineering, construction management etc) plus 5 plus years of experience.

Some of the duties involved:

Prepare intake of initial client contact and manage and develop client relationships.

Manage day to day operational aspects of project and scope.

Review deliverables prepared by team before passing them to client

Prepare contracts and change orders as needed

Participate and organize project meetings

Assist the design team with development and biddable scope of repair

Review and evaluate contractors pay application

Prepare monthly billing worksheets for invoicing

Manage project costs to keep job under budget

Produce appropriate close-out documentation, including a comprehensive Project Compendium delivered to the client.

Educational Requirements: Our ideal candidate has a degree in an appropriate field (engineering, construction management etc) and 5 plus years of experience, working knowledge of building materials and products, waterproofing, exterior cladding, and building envelope components a plus. A valid driver’s license is required as well as the ability to lift up to 25lbs. Our projects are located throughout the US and as such you may be required to travel approximately 30% of the time. We of course pay for all company travel arrangements.
